RoamVault eSIM Coverage, Data Plans and Features
RoamVault has a strong Asia focus, with plans for Bhutan, China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan, Laos, Macau, Malaysia, Singapore, South Korea and Thailand. It also covers Australia, Brazil, Morocco, Saudi Arabia, Seychelles and the United States.
Every RoamVault offer is a local plan for one country. That keeps the choice simple for a Japan-only, Thailand-only or Singapore-only trip: choose the destination, then pick the data allowance and validity that match the dates. It is not a regional pass for moving between countries.

One-Country Plans, Not a Regional Pass
RoamVault is a local-plan provider. A plan labelled Japan is for use in Japan; it does not turn into a South Korea or Singapore plan when the trip continues.
For an Asia itinerary with several stops, count the local packages needed before buying. A traveller visiting Japan, South Korea and Thailand needs three local RoamVault plans, one for each destination. If one eSIM across the whole route matters more than choosing country-specific packages, compare a regional option instead.
RoamVault Hotspot Support
Every listed RoamVault plan supports hotspot sharing. Use the same plan for a laptop, tablet or another phone when there is no Wi-Fi available. All tethered devices draw from the included bundle, so a 10 GB plan is still 10 GB in total, not 10 GB per connected device.
Hotspot use changes the right data choice quickly. Occasional messages and web pages need far less than laptop work, file uploads, video meetings or streaming. Compare the 20 GB and 50 GB packages when a RoamVault plan will be the main connection for more than one device.
RoamVault eSIM FAQ
Is RoamVault good for Asia in 2026?+
RoamVault is a good fit for a one-country trip in Asia. Its catalogue covers Bhutan, China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan, Laos, Macau, Malaysia, Singapore, South Korea and Thailand. RoamVault has local plans, not an Asia regional pass, so it suits one stop such as Japan, Thailand or South Korea. If the route crosses borders, buy a separate local plan for each country or choose a regional eSIM that lists the whole route.
Which countries does RoamVault cover?+
RoamVault covers destinations in Asia, Australia, Brazil, Morocco, Saudi Arabia, Seychelles and the United States. In Asia, it has plans for Bhutan, China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan, Laos, Macau, Malaysia, Singapore, South Korea and Thailand. Each destination has its own local plans, data sizes and prices, so choose the country where you will actually use the eSIM before comparing the packages.
Does RoamVault work in Europe in 2026?+
No. RoamVault has no Europe plans in its range. Its coverage is concentrated in Asia, with a smaller selection in Australia, Brazil, Morocco, Saudi Arabia, Seychelles and the United States. If Europe is on the itinerary, RoamVault is not the right plan to buy for that part of the trip. Use the country filter above to see the destinations that RoamVault actually serves.
Can I use one RoamVault eSIM in several countries?+
Not with one plan. RoamVault lists local plans for one named destination: a Japan plan works in Japan, and a Thailand plan works in Thailand. For a route such as Japan, South Korea and Singapore, buy one local plan per stop or choose a regional eSIM that explicitly lists all three countries.
Does RoamVault offer unlimited data?+
No. RoamVault's range is fixed-data only: 1 GB, 3 GB, 5 GB, 10 GB, 20 GB or 50 GB. If an unlimited allowance matters for the trip, compare plans that explicitly sell unlimited data for the same destination.
How long are RoamVault plans valid for?+
RoamVault plans last 7, 15 or 30 days. Start with the length of the trip: a weekend normally calls for a 7-day plan, a two-week holiday for 15 days, and a longer stay for 30 days. Then choose the data allowance that fits the way the connection will be used.
Which RoamVault plan should I choose?+
Start with the country, then the dates, then the data allowance. For a weekend, compare 7-day plans first. For a two-week holiday, the 15-day options are the natural place to start; for a longer stay, look at 30-day plans. Once two plans cover the same destination, dates and amount of data, compare the total price. Price per GB is useful when the larger allowance will actually be used, but the cheapest plan overall is often the better choice for a short trip.
Can I use RoamVault as a hotspot for my laptop?+
Yes. Every listed RoamVault plan supports hotspot sharing. A laptop, tablet or another phone connected to the hotspot uses the same bundle as the phone, so the data allowance must cover all devices together. If the hotspot will carry laptop work, video calls or large uploads, compare the 20 GB and 50 GB options rather than the smallest bundles.
Is there a RoamVault promo code in 2026?+
Yes. Use ESIMSPOTTER at checkout after choosing the country, data allowance and validity. Enter the code before completing the purchase.
