These Terms of Use govern your access to eSIM Spotter. By using the site, you agree to use it for lawful travel research and plan comparison purposes.

What eSIM Spotter does

eSIM Spotter is an independent comparison service. We aggregate and display information about eSIM providers, countries, regions, prices, data allowances, validity periods, and plan features. We do not operate mobile networks, issue eSIM profiles, sell eSIMs, process payments, or provide telecom service directly.

Provider terms apply to purchases

When you click a deal or affiliate link, you may be redirected to a third-party provider. Any purchase, payment, account, refund, support case, technical issue, or dispute about a purchased eSIM is between you and that provider. Always review the provider's latest terms, privacy policy, coverage, compatibility, fair-use rules, refund policy, and checkout price before purchasing.

No guarantee of availability or price

We work to keep plan information accurate and current, but provider prices, promotions, taxes, supported countries, network availability, throttling rules, device compatibility, and refund policies can change without notice. Comparison results are informational and are not personal advice.

Rankings and affiliate compensation

Rankings, filters, recommendations, and comparison tables may consider price, data volume, validity, price per GB, coverage, provider availability, plan features, data freshness, and affiliate relationships. We may receive compensation when you follow certain links and buy from a provider. Affiliate compensation helps fund the service and does not increase the provider's checkout price unless the provider applies its own promotion or discount.

Acceptable use

• Use the site only for lawful travel research and comparison.
• Do not misuse, scrape, overload, reverse engineer, or interfere with the site or its normal operation.
• Do not attempt to bypass security, rate limits, affiliate tracking controls, consent controls, or access controls.
• Do not rely on eSIM Spotter as your only source for emergency connectivity planning.
• Do not copy substantial parts of our database, rankings, or content without permission.

Intellectual property

All content on eSIM Spotter, including text, graphics, logos, page layouts, comparison tables, rankings, and the underlying database, is owned by eSIM Spotter or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Provider names, trademarks, and logos belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only.

Liability and mandatory rights

eSIM Spotter is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for provider outages, device incompatibility, roaming settings, installation errors, payment issues, lost travel time, or changes made by third-party providers. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights, statutory warranties, or liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Governing law and disputes

The operator's jurisdiction, governing law, venue, and any required consumer-law carve-outs must be confirmed before EU/EEA/UK launch. We do not add alternative dispute resolution wording unless the operator is bound or committed to a specific dispute resolution body or a lawyer confirms a national disclosure duty.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms as the service evolves. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new last updated date. Legal releases should be approved by the business owner/board and licensed counsel before launch.
